• Click on any item listed to see its full description
• To reserve an item, click the "add to reserve cart" at the bottom of the full description
• You will then see a summary page of your reserved items, from here you can either carry on browsing and reserve up to a maximum of 3 items, or hit "continue" at which point you will be asked to log in (existing customers) or register (new customers)
• New customers, please fill in the registration form and click "register"
• Existing customers, please enter your email address and password
• From your reserved items page click "confirm reservation(s)" or check box beside item to remove from reserved list.
• You will receive an email to confirm your item(s) have been reserved for 7 days
• We will telephone you to make necessary arrangements and quote for delivery if required or you may visit the yard to inspect the item(s)
• If you want the item(s) delivered we will dispatch to you after full payment has been received for the item(s) and delivery.
• Please note, due to the nature of architectural salvage, items will have wear and tear commensurate with their age. We try to describe condition clearly, but if you wish to return purchases for any reason, you should send them back to us within 14 days to Upper Downgate Farm at your own expense whereupon we will refund the purchase price provided items are received in the same condition as when dispatched. We only refund delivery costs if the item has been incorrectly described or damaged in transit to you.
• If you request the item to be delivered, we will try to have the delivery made within 14 days of receipt of payment. Delivery can be made within the UK. For destinations outside the UK, please contact us to discuss.
