A beautiful and original Victorian panelled pine door suitable for external use. The door is fitted with a stunning stained glass panel which includes rare textured glass roundels. All the glass is original and has been carefully restored so there are no cracks or breaks. The glass is currently tacked in place in preperation for puttying. The door is made from quality timber using mortise and tenon joints and there are two lovely raised fielded solid panels to the base fitted with decorative mouldings to both faces.

| NOW SOLD***DE0215 LOVELY EDWARDIAN DOOR WITH ART NOUVEAU STAINED GLASS***NOW SOLD |
A beautiful early Edwardian (c.1920) door with a large stained glass panel in an Art Nouveau floral design. The glass is original and has been restored whilst the door has been primed and undercoated ready for finishing to your requirements. The door is in very good condition and as the glass has been restored there are no breaks or cracks. Currently the glass panel has been secured with beading, we can supply and fit toughened glass for extra protection for the stained glass, added security and insulation. We will be happy to do this for you at an extra cost of £80. The stained glass panel also has copper wires fixed to the lead so strengthening bars can easily be added. Again we can do this for you at a cost of £40.
The two solid lower panels have narrow decorative mouldings and the door has been constructed using mortise and tenon joints.

| Beautiful reclaimed original late Victorian/Edwardian panelled pine door suitable for external use. The door is fitted with one large stunning panel of Victorian hand-painted, kiln-fired stained and leaded glass featuring one roundel to the centre. The roundel is of a skillfully painted country cottage scene, fitted into a decorative hand painted border, surrounded by a design of coloured and leaded quarries. The door is constructed with a solid panel to the bottom, flush faced to the front, and with three panels to the rear. The glass is fitted with strengthening bars to the reverse, the door has shot bolts to the top and bottom, and retains an original brass letterbox. |

All of the glass has been professionally rebuilt and has all new leadwork. Below the glass, the door is constructed with two solid panels, raised and fielded to the front, and fitted with decorative mouldings to both faces. The door is painted in lovely gloss black to the external face, and retains an original Art Nouveau brass letterbox. |

The door is fitted with a chromed kick plate, and retains one original chrome finger plate. This door is one of three we have available in varying sizes, and were reclaimed from Eltham Swimming Pool, local to and constructed at about the same time as the wonderful Art Deco gem that is Eltham Palace.
